The Love Transforms™ Story
In 2019, I self-published my book Being Human - the path to self-acceptance, resilience and happiness, a blend of counselling with more spiritual principles in a language intended to appeal to all belief systems. I hoped to bring a greater number of solutions to today’s challenges whilst advocating that working towards self-acceptance and self-love can provide longer lasting and more fundamental happiness.
I’ll admit I never set out to be an author though - I meditated on how I could best support my aim and found I couldn’t stop writing. After overcoming my initial resistance, I finally surrendered to the process. Imagine my surprise then when the writing continued beyond the launch. I’ve since realised that my first book was part of my journey to new things rather than the destination. I’ve continued to write through my meditation practice and discovered new and intuitive ways of working on my own challenges which have made a significant difference to how I feel about myself and life generally.
Love transforms™ is a practice I use every day. As it combines a spiritual practice grounded in a psychological framework, I’ve found it significantly more effective than traditional methods in overcoming challenges. It's had lots of practice! The practice includes the intuitive techniques I have discovered in meditation rooted within the trainings I've received. I debated creating book 2 but decided it was best delivered as a programme to get the best results from the reset process.
My tree picture I bought from a local Glastonbury artist (unfortunately unknown) which depicts the importance of balancing working on embodied psychological healing and spiritual transformation for the healthiest, happiest and strongest abundant growth.

Limitations of traditional approaches and why we need to work at a different level to bring greater results towards happiness, self-love and peace.

The reset process is a daily practice to help you build self-awareness, self-confidence and self-love as well as connect to your inner wisdom.

Your Facilitator
Natalie Read is an experienced counsellor, facilitator and spiritual coach with +25 years’ experience of running groups and workshops in a variety of psychoeducational, spiritual and corporate topics. She is passionate about finding ways to bring more happiness, peace and meaning to her own life and help others do the same and as a result has invested significant time and energy in self and spiritual development (for a full list of CPD and qualifications see https://natalieread.co.uk/about). Natalie is also the author of Being Human - the path to self-acceptance resilience and happiness which includes access to 12 guided meditations.
What’s Included?
12 weeks of home study including reading, self-reflection, breathing, meditations, exercises, tools and techniques. It’s designed to be 1-2 hours per week, but you can go at the pace that suits you.*
3 workshop videos (approximately 45-60 minutes each) introducing you to each of the key phases of the programme.
2× 60-minute one-to-one sessions in person or via zoom to support you during the programme tailored to you and your belief system.
A toolkit that you can continue to use as long as you choose.
*You can choose whether you complete the course in the time suggested (the videos are additional to the 1-2 hours per week) or spread out over a slightly longer period (up to a maximum of 20 weeks)

You may have worked with me in the past or have worked with other individuals or modalities. It’s a unique way to work with me as you get lots of freedom to go at your pace in the comfort of your own home whilst also receiving support and guidance where you need.

Pre-reading: As the programme is most suited to individuals who’ve already done some work on themselves and as I will be referring sometimes in the home study work to various exercises and meditations from my book, please read this alongside the course. This will ensure a common baseline for the work we will be doing together and assist you with your home study.
